Droplett Dewbells

Droplett Dewbells is Ray’s best friend. She wears a rain cape to help harness her magic and has the ability to puddle-port to different locations. Droplett lives with other Rain Weatherlings in the Trickle Towers Orphanage. When she grows up, Droplett wants to be a puddle-porting champion. She NEVER does her homework, will splosh anyone who is mean to her friends, and she always makes Snowden’s drizzle pickle sandwiches soggy.
